Terms of Service

1. Who we are

RoastMyStore ("Service", "we", "us") is an automated ecommerce site analysis service operated by Smart Solutions S.r.l.s., registered office at Via San Giovanni Bosco 40, 56127 Pisa (PI), Italy — VAT / Tax ID IT02410300509. By using the Service you accept these Terms in full.

2. Description of the Service

The Service analyses publicly accessible web pages through automated scraping and AI processing to generate audit reports (scores, issues, revenue-leak estimates). Estimates are indicative, algorithmically derived and do not constitute professional advice.

3. Account and access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country of residence.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • analyse sites you do not own or are not authorised to analyse;
  • circumvent technical limits, mass-automate requests or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • use the Service for unlawful, defamatory or rights-infringing purposes;
  • republish or resell reports without our written consent.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid features are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account area. Prices are shown in Euros, VAT included where applicable.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Pursuant to art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, by starting the Service (first audit run) you expressly consent to performance beginning within the 14-day cooling-off period and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal once performance is complete. For subscriptions you may cancel at any time, effective from the next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's code, marks and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service. Reports generated for you may be used internally by your organisation without further restriction.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified at least 15 days in advance by email or in-Service notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, lost-profit, lost-data or lost-opportunity damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Italian law. EU consumers also benefit from the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Venue: the consumer's place of residence; for business users, the courts of Milan, Italy.
